Tarlov cysts

Do you have back pain? Solve your problems with a successful online consultation via e-mail and by talking to an expert. The consultations are based on the principles of telemedicine. They determine the exact origin and causes of your back pain. The causes of back pain are not always the same, they are very individual and should not be treated in the same schematic way. CT scans and magnetic resonance imaging alone are not enough to achieve this. When we determine the cause we can prescribe a combination of modern medications tailored specifically to you with an excellent result in over 80% of cases.  To receive this, please first contact us by e-mail on the contact page or WhatsApp message and be sure to include a short description of the problem. When you have scheduled an appointment, send a detailed description of the disease and medical records, if available, to NSandPTT@aol.com. WhatsApp + 966 54 956 9265.

These changes are usually diagnosed on magnetic resonance imaging of the lumbar spine and are usually located in the lower part of the spinal canal. They are also described as meningeal periradicular or perineural cysts. These are extensions of the nerve root sheath that are filled with a transparent liquid (cerebrospinal fluid). They rarely exert significant pressure on nerve roots to require surgical treatment. This is usually an incidental finding on the MRI images. However, some physical activities may be limited due to the problems caused by these cysts or they may cause radiculopathies. The decision on possible surgical treatment is made by a neurosurgeon.
